Mary McDermott from Swinford will be taking part in the bocce competition, while Deirdre Gannon from Westport and her namesake Deirdre Garvin from Claremorris will be competing in the bowling competition. Castlebar’s Paul Kavanagh will be hoping to have his serve and volley in top shape when he takes on the best in the world in the table tennis event.
